What is mindfulness meditation?

Rooted in ancient contemplative traditions, mindfulness meditation is a transformative practice with mental, emotional and physical benefits.

Neuroscientific research also suggests mindfulness meditation can help “rewire” the brain, particularly in areas associated with self-awareness, compassion and emotional regulation.

The aim of Mindfulness Meditation is to help silence the mental noise and create a deep connection with the present, thereby promoting clarity and calm.

What to expect?

Learning to let thoughts float by like clouds can take time, but it is possible. You can train your mind, just as you train any other muscle in your body.

To access the benefits, you do not need much time. Ten minutes can suffice but your practice needs to be regular.

What can I expect to learn?

This course will break meditation down into easy steps and help you unearth your natural ability to access a calm and clear mind. By the end of the course, you will have the tools to access a clear and calm mind and the foundation of a life-changing practice.

The course includes:

  • Four 60-minute sessions

  • Meditation journal with prompts

  • Weekly learning on how to navigate life with grace and joy, even when life is throwing you curve balls

  • Support of a like-minded group from the convenience of your own home
