Employee Thrive

When employees thrive, business does too.

Employee Thrive is a cost-effective and impactful mindfulness-based group coaching programme that supports team cohesion, the well-being and performance of your people – your organisation’s greatest asset.

Employee Thrive provides experimental learning, allowing people to actually experience of the benefits of mindfulness, not just ‘learn’ about them. After each session, participants walk away with a greater sense
of calm and empowerment.

Employee Thrive actively helps support a socio-psychologically safe workplace by providing the skills and tools to manage stress, as well as build connection within the workplace.

Leadership is an inner game.

Today’s workplaces are too often characterised by a sense of permanent urgency, technology overload, endless distractions and mental exhaustion. Research has shown that adding mindfulness into the workplace improves employees’ ability to focus, manage stress and work with others, which in turn allows them to feel a greater sense of productivity and happiness at work.

Each 4-month programme is designed
to get the results you want.

Step 1. Measure and Assess

Step 2. Teach valuable life and workplace skills while building connection

Each week, I’ll come to your offices and facilitate a 50-minute session which includes:

  1. a science-based mindfulness practice adapted for beginners;

  2. a practical lesson with tips and tools to apply immediately; and

  3. honest and open group discussion in a safe environment.

What is Mindfulness Training?

During mindfulness training, participants are taught how to bring awareness to the present moment by focusing on the breath, listening attentively and observing thoughts and emotions.

When applying these mindfulness techniques throughout the day, participants experience a feeling of wellbeing and calm.

What sort of topics are covered?

• Assertive communication

• How to improve your sleep

• Important vs Urgent work

• Difficult conversations

• Building your professional brand

• Managing your Energy and Self Care

• Embracing gratitude

• Accessing your strengths

• How to be comfortable with being uncomfortable

• Fostering resilience

Step 3. Re-Measure and Assess the Progress

At the end of the 4-month programme, I will conduct the same survey to measure for progress and identify opportunities to further improve
the workplace culture and staff well-being.

What will participants learn?

  • Over the duration of the programme, they will build daily rituals to help them reduce stress and create space for inner calm.

  • Each week, participants will walk away with tips on how to support their well-being and performance.

  • Through the discussions, participants connect on a more meaningful level. They feel supported and heard, which are core components of mental well-being and employee engagement.

Investment

The Employee Thrive Programme provides tremendous value.

  • The surveys provide valuable information about staff engagement levels and their alignment around organizational goals, analyzed by team and management level.

  • Informed by the teams on the ground, the survey provides pertinent recommendations for the leadership team.

  • The investment amount is per group session, not per individual. The size of the group is only limited by the size of your meeting room.

  • The investment amount represents a very small percentage of the overall staff costs of not only salaries but also absenteeism, disengagement, and turnover.

  • The lasting benefits are priceless as participants learn life skills to help them manage stress and avoid burnout.

  • The programme helps meet legal requirements of creating a psychologically safe workplace.
